About Me

I am a proud graduate of the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy [CNWSMT] located in Albany, NY. I have been a certified, licensed + insured LMT since 2010.

I have taken (and continue to) numerous extracurricular courses such as Reiki, Lomi Lomi, Reflexology, Frozen Shoulder Syndrome, Sciatica, Body Structure, so on. I incorporate many of these modalities in my Swedish + Therapeutic sessions.
